What therapy with me is like…

Therapy with me tends to be collaborative, paced, and depth-oriented. We slow down enough to understand not just what you’re thinking, but what your emotional and nervous system patterns are communicating beneath the surface. Many clients come in feeling highly self-aware but still internally stuck — our work focuses on helping things shift in a more integrated and lasting way.
